"I recently met with Dennis to discuss and review policies for home and auto. Such a nice guy! He took very good care of me and explained every thing very well. I ended up switching over. He set me up on better policies than what I previously had, and I will be saving hundreds of dollars a year. I'm so glad I sat with him! I can happily brag about being "Jake with State Farm!" Thanks Dennis!!"

"I started my policy here for my business vehicles. When my card expired, i called in to update my payment info preemptively. I eventually got ahold of dennis and gave him the new card info. He took my info and said it was taken care of. It was not updated, and i later recieved a notice my policy would be canceled. I called again, gave it to his secretary. I also added a vehicle to my policy at that time, and set up auto pay AGAIN. The payment was made, the policy updated, but auto pay was not set up. The next month my policy was canceled, and i have since then had 4 employees driving around in uninsured trucks because i missed a cancellation email. This agents office failed to process my payment 3 times until i missed 1 email and was placed at serious financial risk, and breaking the law. Now i have to start a new policy, and have had a gap in coverage. I do not recommend using this local agent. Im fortunate to have been doing my budget for my business and found out when i did."

"We have been with Dennis and Shawna for over 5 years now. They have been great to us. I literally just received a call back with the info I requested within an hour. Shawna remembers who I am when I call even though I probably haven't had to go into the office in over 4 years. We highly recommend this branch."

"Terrible branch. Dennis and two other staff members have the worst follow-through as well as customer service. Upon setting up an established price, it continuously went up for the stupidest reasons. Instead of helping the customer save money, they make you jump through hoops to obtain that the time you get the credit you were due, you've already been billed two months. Can't speak for all the branches, but this one in particular is terrible. I left this branch for Geico (that's how bad..) until I find a different branch in my area, where my business means more and is respected."

"I joined this agency after a recommendation from a friend of mine. I have met both Dennis Koon and Shawna Patton and they have both been extremely nice. I've been insured with State Farm agency for a few years now and have always had great experiences. Recently I was in a really bad car accident. I was very scared and didn't know what to do. I called Shawna who is the agent I worked with and just wanted to share on here how much I really appreciated how patient and nurturing she was with not only me haha but the situation. She handled the situation quickly and really helped relieve my stress. She has been very helpful and forthcoming with information that I've needed for my policies. "I have been with this firm for ages-Shawna Patton has always been my agent.Actually my entire family is with this firm.We have had the BEST CARE from Shawna.If I ever have a claim I know it will be taken care of immediately and with no problems.I have been with two firms in my life,which is a long life=72 my husband is 74. I appreciate all of the help and concern Shawna has ALWAYS shown me and my family.We have had teenagers involved on our insurance packages as well,most know that their will be a claim sooner or later with them.I have NEVER been concerned or worried when contacting Shawna about a claim.She has ALWAYS been extremely polite and I feel she shows us the upmost of respect and caring.I have always had the feeling of REAL one on one with her,as if I was talking to a friend not my agent.I would and have recommended her to others.As I stated earlier my entire family are insured with this agency and Shawna is the agent we all have.Doesn't matter what time of day or night we have contacted her,she has always been reassuring and helpful and followed through completely with our claim making certain we are taken care of with all of our needs.I so very much appreciate all she has done for us and would hope all that read this will contact her and request her to be their agent as well.She is the very best we have ever had.I wish her my very best as she has always given us her best.So in conclusion I want to say a big Thank you Shawna Patton for all of your help."

"**VERY RUDE** DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS** TALKS ABOUT ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS** TALKS ABOUT CUSTOMERS BEHIND THEIR BACK** My best friend took my mom to pay her insurance and he was interested in getting insurance so he made a appointment. Shawna called him to remind him of his appointment so she leaves a voicemail and hangs up. Well it appears she didn't hang up because you can hear RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT MY MOM. MY MOM HAS A FEW MAJOR HEALTH CONDITIONS and this lady SHAWNA doesn't know anything about her. She didn't even know my best friends name she addressed him as my mother's husband.. My mom will never go back here again and they lost a new customer... So I will say the lady at the desk is nice to your face but will talk about you behind your back and that shows they do not care about their customers at and IT'S BAD WHEN YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER DON'T EVEN KNOW THEIR NAME!!!! ***IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT BEING A CUSTOMER HERE I WOULDN'T!!!*****"
